Industry Institute Interaction Cell (IIIC)

Both All India Council for Technical Education and Department of Technical Education are focusing to establish a strong Industry Institute Interaction Cell in every Technical Institute to enhance the continuous interaction between academia and industry which is the need of the hour. It provides a platform for both the students as well as faculty members to be aware of industry expectations of skill sets required for students.

IIIC acts as a seamless conduit between the industry and the Institute and provides quality technical manpower to suit every organizational need. Industry institute interaction is essential for ensuring that practice meets theory across all functional areas. It goes a long way in enhancing a student's interpersonal skills and making the student industry-ready. Sandur Polytechnic has established an IIIC in the 2017-18 and the committee was reframed and restructured in the year 2021-22.
