Internships

Internships have been mandated to ensure that technical students get exposure to the industrial environment, current technology relevant to their subjects and opportunities to learn, understand and sharpen real-time technical and managerial skills. Also with the introduction of the C-15 curriculum in the year 2015 by the Department of Technical Education, it was made mandatory to undergo a minimum 52 hours of internship during the final year of the Diploma course. Later with the introduction of the C-20 curriculum the internship period has been increased to 400 hours in the 3 years of duration in the Diploma Course.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has formulated its Internship policy for students of Technical Education. The policy comprises steps for Establishing, Maintaining & Fostering Internships.

 Many of our students are undergoing internship in the following industries

Lohagiri Industrials Private Limited
National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd
Bosch Service station
JSW associates

Apart from these, students have undergone internship in many vehicle service stations, rice mills, power plants, Cotton and garment industries.
