ELCS Program

English Language and Communication Skills (ELCS) program:

Enhancement of spoken language is being given prominence to help students improve communication skills. English and other lecturers coming from English medium schools with better proficiency in English train students through standard methods to speak in English. One hour every week for all classes has been added to the regular time-table for ELCS. Students coming from Kannada medium schools; and those with inhibitions are encouraged to take part in activities for improving spoken English language.

Students are kept engaged throughout the sessions by involving them in activities like brain-storming sessions, seminars, debates, and group activities which enhances the confidence level of the students.
